Why do we keep your data?
We need to keep your name and email address or phone number in case we need to contact you about a booking you’ve made, for example if there is a cancellation.
If you have subscribed to our mailing list we keep your name and email address so that we can send you details of future productions. Typically this will be two or three emails a year.
What data do we keep?
If you have made a booking with Compton Players, we may keep your name and email address or phone number (your Contact Details). We only keep your email address or your phone number, not both.
If you have subscribed to our mailing list we keep your name and email address (your Mailing List Details).
We don’t keep any other data about you. In particular, we don’t have any information about credit or debit cards or PayPal accounts that you may have used to make online bookings as this is all controlled by PayPal and we don’t have access to it.
Where is the data kept?
We do not share your data with anybody else.
Who has access to the data?
Your Contact Details are accessible to Compton Players members who have been authorised to access the booking system. Your Mailing List Details are accessible to the Compton Players publicity manager.
How can you see what data we hold for you?

How do you unsubscribe from the Mailing List?
You can click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us, or you can email us at email@example.com. We may keep you Mailing List Details as Contact Details.
What do you do if you want us to remove all your details?
Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
